2. Order process
Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you.
An offer is made when you place the order for your products. We will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer (see below).We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods. If you enter a correct email address we will send you an order confirmation email and order update email(s). These are neither order confirmation nor order acceptance from us.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are despatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card (see above) or we have sent acknowledging emails (see above).
Very occasionally an error may occur resulting in the goods described on our website not being the goods actually available for sale. If this occurs your order will not be or have been accepted. We may ask you whether you wish to purchase other goods we may have available or the goods which may have been despatched to you in error. If so your order will be amended. Otherwise, we will treat any order as cancelled.
The contract will be formed at the place of despatch of the goods.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with point 2.5 of these terms and conditions.
We do not file details of your order for you to access so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
3. Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Please view our Payment Options. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may charge an additional administration fee.
If paying by giftcard, please make sure that you have enough money available to spend on it before placing your order otherwise we will be unable to accept it.
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
A delivery charge will be applied at checkout, please view our delivery charges.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the following countries: Europe, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Turkey and Israel. For further informations please contact our customer service department.
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you.
Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check that any goods ordered from our website comply with state and federal government import regulations and there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect you receiving any of these goods.

All measurements are approximate.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). The customer will receive a £10 e-voucher for every friend they refer to wallplus.co.uk that subsequently registers and sucess purchases online. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can invite. The friend will receive their e-voucher on dispatch of their first purchase. The e-vouchers cannot be used for the payment of delivery charges or purchase of unlimited delivery. We reserve the right not to issue vouchers or remove them where we have grounds to suspect there has been an abuse of the referral scheme.
