Shipping PolicyWalplus offers free standard shipping for all orders over £20; whether you order one or several products, as long as the purchase value goes over £20, you will be entitled for free postage within UK and also the rest of the world!
For orders under £20, a fixed price postage fee of £1.90 (UK); £2.90 (Europe); £4.90 (Worldwide) will be added into the invoice during checkout
All orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours of the purchase.
If you wish to go for Special Delivery Next Day (UK customer) or International Sign For (Worldwide), an additional cost of £5.00 is required and will be added onto your invoice in the checkout area.

Return PolicyDon't worry, we understand. Sometimes what you've got isn't quite what you were looking for. What you've got may be too big or too small, too dark or just not you at all. We want you to be happy with your purchase; we want you to love what you've bought as much as we've loved getting it to you.
If you wish to exchange or return goods to Walplus, you must be notified by e-mail at customer.service@walplus.com within 21 (Twenty One) days of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged.
Once we have received your item in original condition, we will issue a credit to your account. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
